How do I know which strap size fits my watch?
To determine the correct size, measure the distance between the lugs of your watch head in millimeters. Common sizes range from 18mm to 24mm. You can also check the back of your current strap, as the size is often embossed there.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of shipping options including Standard, Tracked, and Express delivery. Shipping times vary by location, but most domestic orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.
Can I return a strap if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that once a strap has been fitted to a watch, it is no longer eligible for return.
Are your leather straps water-resistant?
Standard leather straps are not water-resistant and should not be submerged. However, we do offer a specific range of 'Performance' and waterproof leather straps treated specifically for aquatic use.
Do you provide tools for changing watch straps?
Most of our straps do not include tools by default, but we offer high-quality spring bar tools and pliers for purchase in our 'Accessories' section to help you change your straps safely at home.
